Ms. Davis practices in the areas of civil litigation including personal injury, municipal law, and representation of Property Owners' and Condominium Owners' Associations. Her firm has represented the City of Maryville since 1999. With 18 years of legal experience, she attributes her success to hard work and an amazing, dedicated and smart legal assistant who has worked with her throughout her career.
Ms. Davis obtained a bachelor's degree from University of Tennessee in 1992, graduating Phi Beta Kappa. After a year of graduate school studying French literature, she then went to UT law school and was an honors graduate in 1996, at the age of 25.
Ms. Davis was recently inducted into Worldwide Registry. She also is a member of the Blount County Bar Association, where she has served two terms as President. She is certified by the State of Tennessee and the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Civil Trial Specialist. She also has a national board certification in Pretrial Advocacy.
Ms Davis is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a group whose members have obtained a judgment in a civil case for a client of one million dollars or more. She served for six years as a hearing officer for the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility. She is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer rating available for attorneys.
Ms Davis is the vice-chair of the Blount County Community Action Agency, and she serves on its board. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, watching bad television, and spending time with her husband and three daughters.
