Dr. Pergolizzi received his medical degree from Northeastern Universities College of Medicine in 1993 and went on to complete a Diagnostic Radiology residency at the University of Cincinnati. Thereafter, he spent three years in fellowship subspecialty training in Diagnostic Neuroradiology, Interventional Neuroradiology and NeuroInterventional surgery at the Brigham and Women's Hospital and the Massachusetts General Hospital. While there, he was selected as an NIH research fellow and participated in state-of-the-art research and clinical work using their prototype intraoperative MRI system.
