After military retirement, she worked in private industry as a government contractor for Booz, Allen and Hamilton. An experienced and seasoned leader, Dr. Gillam has led several organizations and deployed in support of numerous real-world operations. Prior to her military retirement, Dr. Gillam served as the Director of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the largest Air Logistics Center in the Air Force.
