David B. Mueller Honored as one of Illinois' Premier Litigators

    PEORIA, IL, January 22, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- David B. Mueller, Partner of Cassidy & Mueller P.C., has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in civil litigation.

Mr. Mueller brings 48 years of professional experience to his role as a partner of Cassidy & Mueller P.C. As a legal professional, he specializes in the areas of civil trial, legal malpractice, civil tort litigation, and drug and medical device litigation. Further, he concentrates his practice in matters related to estate and trust litigation, federal appellate practice, medical malpractice litigation, liability insurance coverage litigation and state appellate practice. In addition to representing clients, his position involves considerable amounts of writing and public speaking.

Mr. Mueller received a JD from the University of Michigan, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Letters in philosophy in history, English and ancient and modern languages from the University of Oklahoma. He was recently inducted into Worldwide Registry and also maintains affiliation with the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, IDC and the Peoria County Bar Association. He has held the distinction of AV Preeminent Attorney since 1984, and was named among Top Attorneys in Illinois in 2014.
