    TUCSON, AZ, January 27, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Advanced Organizational Performance Techniques is proud to announce the release of a new course focused on enabling the Business Relationship Manager (BRM) and other customer facing roles in Information Technology to be successful.

It can be a real challenge to gather requirements and priorities from IT's business partners. The "Building Your Business Relationship Management Capabilities" workshop includes processes and tools to help the BRM gather the right level of information from their customers so they can have relevant, meaningful conversations with their technical team about how technology can enable business success. The course also provides a proven methodology for influencing change and facilitating the approval and acceptance of new ideas.

This two day workshop includes exercises and case studies which allow participants to fully engage in their learning by using proven tools and techniques to solve challenges similar to what they experience in their role every day.

Public workshops are currently scheduled in Chicago and Washington, DC during the second quarter of 2015. This workshop can also be scheduled onsite for organizations that wish to send six or more staff to this session.
