Shirley Fletcher Named Professional of the Year in Training & Development

Ms. Fletcher has 36 years of professional experience, with 22 years as the director of Fletcher Consultancy Ltd. Over the years, she has established herself as an expert in operations and the management of competence-based systems development. She also sets herself apart from her peers due to her skills in training and development, design and implementation of competence frameworks and associated assessment systems, and the development of innovative solutions for company learning, training, development and quality. On a daily basis, she is responsible for contacting clients, as well as working with government bodies on national development projects. Ms. Fletcher has worked in the field of health care science for 15 years. During that time, she gained extensive knowledge regarding the development of national standards of performance in a field that includes more than 50 specialisms across laboratories, clinical investigations, medical physics and clinical engineering.
