David H. Pierce Honored as a Top Attorney by Worldwide Registry

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Pierce was a field claims representative for State Farm Fire and Casualty Insurance Company, handling matters involving both structural property damage and casualty claims. Mr. Pierce has also worked in a variety of construction trades, including framing. As an attorney, he has represented clients in more than 1,000 litigated matters, taken and defended several hundred depositions, and mediated hundreds of other matters.

The seed for law was planted for Mr. Pierce at an early age. His parents were single-family and multi-residential property owners in Colorado. When the real estate market took a downturn, his parents were sued and faced litigation for more than 10 years. A teenager at the time, Mr. Pierce looked up to the family attorney and learned to appreciate the legal profession.

Mr. Pierce is a graduate of Lincoln Law School in Sacramento, California and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He also has a California Real Estate license. Mr. Pierce is licensed with the California State Bar and admitted to practice in the Central and Eastern Federal Districts of California, as well as the United States Supreme Court. He is an AV Preeminent Attorney, the highest attainable rating through Martindale-Hubbell. He has been published in Los Angeles Magazine for the past three years (2012, 2013, 2014) and recognized in the top five percent of all practicing lawyers in Southern California Super Lawyers' publication eight times since 2006.
