As she loves solving complex problems, she joined IBM consulting services as a strategy consultant immediately after her MBA. Over the years, she has been able to fine-tune her financial, proposition and operating model design, strategy execution, commercialization and value creation skills through the delivery of consulting work and design of technology-enabled solutions.
The greatest achievement of Ms. VanderLinden's career was working on a deal which resulted in multimillion-dollar contract revenues and helping small businesses apply structured sales and marketing frameworks to deliver sustainable growth strategies. She believes that to succeed, a business needs to ensure alignment amongst its strategic imperatives and core operating parts - namely customer development, product development, sales and marketing activities. Ms. VanderLinden received an MBA in international business, strategy and financial management from Sir John Cass Business School, London.
