She has more than 20 years of international experience in communications, commercial, sales, marketing and consultancy in the pharmaceutical and service industries in headquarter and countries.
Ms. Altmaier utilizes her strong business decision-making abilities, as well as her strong integration and interpersonal skills on a daily basis. She has a decidedly entrepreneurial mindset and sense of responsibility for the company as a whole. Due to her long career, she has a unique blend of expertise in many different categories such as the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, health care, insurance and IT sector. She developed and implemented single-market, pan-regional/European and global solutions and has continuously improved profitability.

In the future, Ms. Altmaier plans to continue growing as a director, a trend in success that she attributes to enjoying what she does for a living.
