OTTAWA, ON, February 05, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Submissions are now open for the inaugural ONE Film Festival in Ottawa, Canada. The Ottawa North East Film Festival or The ONE Film Festival is a not-for-profit organization created to develop and implement plans for an annual film festival.
Our focus is primarily on filmmakers and films developed in North East North America. The Northeastern United States geographic region of the United States is the most economically developed, densely populated, and culturally diverse region in the United States. Combined with the talents of Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada, this event has already won an unprecedented level of endorsements.

The inaugural festival will be held May 21 - 23, 2015. Screenings will be held at Bytowne Cinema. Submissions are being handled through Film Freeway and selection committee members. Submissions are being accepted for documentaries, shorts and feature length.
