Reform Canine Breeding and Auctions (RCBA) Seeking Vice President

    PILESGROVE, NJ, February 05, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Reform Canine Breeding and Auctions (RCBA) is seeking a Vice President to join its dynamic leadership team.

The ideal candidate will have a record of successfully leading ventures and the ability to manage groups with strongly held divergent opinions.

In some cases, the VP may have to stand in for RCBA's President, so a prospective RCBA Vice President must be capable of assuming those duties, as needed.

In addition, the right candidate must feel passionately about RCBA's mission to ensure that dogs bred for profit are shown kindness, treated humanely, and bred using only medically sound practices.

RCBA's current leadership team is diverse. It includes successful entrepreneurs, owners of businesses in a variety of industries, corporate executives, dog breeders, dog rescue volunteers, and people from all walks of life who are focused on what is best for dogs.

"The VP must also have the ability to think strategically and an understanding of why RCBA has chosen to focus its efforts on the supply side of the dog business, the dog breeders, rather than the demand side, consumers and pet stores," said RCBA Founder Ron Sturgeon.

The job also requires the ability to appreciate the differing positions of stakeholders and to work constructively with them, he added.
