SARASOTA, FL, February 07, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- January marked the one-year anniversary of the opening of the Central Sarasota Farmer's Market (CSFM), a milestone which brought locally and regionally sourced produce and goods to the residents of central Sarasota.

"Our growth has been slow but steady, which was our goal from the beginning," said Todd Underhill, one of the managing members of CSFM along with Tim Brown of Brown's Grove and Mary Arndt of Blissful Essence. "We want to thank the residents of central Sarasota and all our patrons for supporting our local growers and businesses and for helping us to get the word out."

The Central Sarasota Farmer's Market meets every Saturday from 8 a.m. till 1 p.m. in the parking lot of the Sarasota County Technical Institute (SCTI), 4748 S. Beneva Road, Sarasota, FL 34233. It features locally grown produce, fresh baked goods, food vendors, live entertainment, local artists, artisans and service providers - in a convenient, pet-friendly location with plenty of parking and indoor restrooms.
