b.good Eatery Leads the Real-food Revolution in North Hills

    RALEIGH, NC, February 14, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- After opening its doors in October and introducing a new era of locally sourced, seasonally inspired, farm to table, fast-casual dining in North Hills, b.good is expanding the real-food revolution once again by offering specialized catering services.

"Customers love a healthy and fast option for lunch and dinner and have asked us about catering," says b.good Raleigh owner Steve Woodward. "We believe customers come first, so we are thrilled to announce our new catering services throughout the Triangle."

The catering menu features 100% locally sourced, all-natural beef burgers, plus natural turkey and veggie burgers, and grilled all-natural chicken breast sandwiches as part of a "build-your-own Burger & Sandwich Bar." Additionally, all of b.good's seasonal entree salads and signature kale & quinoa bowls are available with grilled chicken as an add-on.

Accompaniments include hand-cut homemade signature potato chips or sauteed crisp veggies (broccolini, kale, zucchini, carrots, shiitakes) topped with grape tomatoes. Beverage choices include b.good's popular homemade lemonades (beet-ginger, rosemary and strawberry flavors), locally sourced coffee, teas, fresh smoothies and made-to-order milkshakes with ice cream from Maple View Farm in Hillsborough. For baked goods, Woodward relies on the Bread Shop of Pittsboro for sandwich buns, and their decadent blonde brownies.

A minimum order of $150 is required and includes delivery, plates, napkins, cutlery, serving tongs and condiments. Catering hours are flexible and based on request but catering is always available between 11 a.m. and 9 p.m.
