With 37 years of experience in his field, Mr. Lee is known for his expertise in immigration and nationality law. Daily, he is tasked with practicing U.S. Immigration and Nationality laws, including litigating cases before the federal courts, Board of Immigration Appeals, USCIS Appeals Adjudication Unit, Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals, and the immigration courts.
Recently inducted into Worldwide Registry, Mr. Lee became involved in the profession of law because he never enjoyed the feeling of being at the whim of the legal system. While growing up, his father owned a small grocery store and was unfamiliar with court proceedings that can sometimes follow administrative inspections. Subsequently, Mr. Lee thought the little people should have the ability to be heard and get the legal help they need. He was influenced into choosing immigration law because of problems that some of his family members encountered in immigrating to the United States.
Well equipped to help others, Mr. Lee is the holder of a JD, earned at Cleveland State University's Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He is also the holder of a bachelor's degree from UCLA.
Mr. Lee writes extensively on immigration in the Chinese language publications "World Journal," "Sing Tao" and "Epoch Times," as well as the law periodicals "Interpreter Releases" and "Immigration Daily." He has lectured before universities, institutes and community groups, and he contributes extensively to the Ask-A-Lawyer program.
Mr. Lee is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Recognized for his excellence, he has been named a Super Lawyer in 2011, 2013 and 2014, and has received the Client Distinction Award, a listing in the Bar Registry, and named an AV Preeminent Attorney by Martindale Hubbell.
