The multi-million project includes the earthwork and infrastructure for the single-family and multi-family community. For the amenities, EHC is providing the tennis, basketball, and bocce ball courts, parking lot, pool deck and fencing, bike racks, benches, and observation deck for the community. Lindsford will also feature a clubhouse with fitness center and pool.
In addition to many of the amenities and Phase I of the community, EHC has already completed the clearing of 118 acres and half a million cubic yards of lake excavation for Phase 2. The site construction company plans to continue with the build-out of the new community under The Ronto Group's leadership.
