The new combined sales team will do business as STI Certified Electronics. STI has a broad and growing product portfolio of semiconductor, active and passive integrated circuits and has a reputation for excellent customer service and design support.

"There is a continued consolidation in the Electronic Distribution business to improve customer support and maximize use of technical resource. There was a significant overlap in account coverage between STI and Green City. The new organization will be more efficient in providing our customers local purchasing and application support.
