PITTSBURGH, PA, February 23, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- On February 15, 2015, a former employee of McLachlan Drilling Company filed a lawsuit in the Western District Court of Pennsylvania seeking overtime pay. He brought the case on behalf of solids control technicians who worked for McLachlan Drilling Company at oil fields across the country. In the complaint, he alleges that McLachlan Drilling Company should have paid him 1.5 times his regular rate of pay for overtime hours worked and not just a flat day rate and per diem amount.
McLachlan Drilling Company is a manufacturer and servicer in the solids control industry and has operations throughout the United States.
