With the addition of Paradox in Israel, the Company affirms its strategic initiative to provide customers with local design and engineering support, and easy access to their broad offering of frequency control solutions. Under the terms of the franchise agreement, Paradox Electronics will sell and support A-Crystal Oscillator, Crystal, Resonator, Real Time Clock and SAW Filter solutions to OEM's in a wide range of industrial and consumer markets.
