NEW YORK, NY, March 04, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Manhattan Film Festival (www.manhattanff.com), is proud to announce their latest program "Pitch to the Pros." The program will launch during the festival which will take place June 11th through June 25th. The event was designed to give filmmakers an opportunity to pitch their projects to industry professionals and decision makers.
This program is not designed to be like a traditional panel discussion. It is designed to be an opportunity for filmmakers to pitch their projects and sell their ideas. "Pitch to the Pros" will give filmmakers a chance to break into the big leagues. The organization is currently in the process of selecting the participants. The final roster will be announced within the next few months. The festival has very high expectations for this new program and hopes it launches new projects and careers.
MFF is no stranger to launching ambitious new programming. Their Filmmaker Revenue Sharing Program has become a huge hit on the festival circuit and has raised thousands of dollars for independent filmmakers. As always, every festival event is free of charge for officially selected filmmakers. Additional seats will be made available to the public at a later date.
Manhattan Film Festival was founded by independent filmmakers that learned first-hand how hard it is to find an independent film an audience. Since their inception they have launched unique and creative programs aimed to help filmmakers succeed. The festival is covered by local, national, and international media outlets.
