Tamiami Trail in Venice for $2.2 million, for use as a public storage facility. Listed by Nicholas "Nick" Herron of the Herron Group, the property formerly housed the Venice Chrysler Dealership.

The seller is investor Joe Collins of Casey Key, who bought the property from CRM Florida Properties LLC in 2010. The sale closed on Tuesday, February 17.
