Flynn comes to Green City Market with extensive leadership experience including eight years as executive director of the Lincoln Square Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce.

Most recently, Flynn was managing partner of MJF Partners LLC, focusing on helping small businesses and non-profits in strategic planning, internal restructuring and identifying key collaboration and marketing opportunities.
Flynn has a Masters Degree in Human Resources from Loyola University and is a graduate of the Institute of Organization Management from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
