Clever Riddle Game For Everyone: RedOrb Games Releases "Symbol Quest: Riddle Challenge"

    HAMBURG, GERMANY, March 09, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Almost five months after releasing their debut jump'n'run title "Terrible Tower" the local game developer RedOrb Games publishes its most recent game "Symbol Quest: Riddle Challenge" to mobile phones and tablets. The game idea itself is simple but demanding: The player has to draw white lines within a pitch black area to uncover hidden symbols and then needs to recognise and spell them correctly. The number of lines used is up to the player's wits and cognition skills. For the gifted it is even possible to reveal the secret with only the letters given for the solution. Starting today the puzzle game is available for free and to date exclusively at the Google Play Store. A version for Apple users is already in the making. RedOrb Games is a team of four alumni of SAE Institute Hamburg. Since August 2014, the founders have been supported with free office space and coaching programs by the SAE Incubator.

It is the easy and common things that are to be found in Symbol Quest: Riddle Challenge: items, symbols or icons taken from everyday life situations. The extent is generous at that. More than 500 different hidden items can be discovered in the first version of the free-to-play app and there are more to come in the days after to provide a lasting challenge. The quiz game is greatly optimised on all devices for maximum battery life. This makes Symbol Quest: Riddle Challenge the ideal companion for short and long travelling.

"It is amazing how you sometimes just not get an idea of something because one minor detail is missing, like a chimney or a claw. But that is exactly what our game is about and that priceless moment when you realise the answer is part of the fun we wanted to create," says Robert von Amsberg, CEO and Game Designer of RedOrb Games. "With our last project Terrible Tower being quite a difficult game even for jump 'n' run adepts we truly wanted to make a game for everyone this time.
