Southeast Mortgage Opens New Stockbridge, Georgia Location

    ATLANTA, GA, March 13, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Atlanta-based Southeast Mortgage, Georgia's largest non-bank lender with 13 licensed locations throughout Georgia and Florida, is pleased to announce the opening of its new full service branch office in Stockbridge, Georgia to serve the Henry County community.

The new branch office, conveniently located at 245 Country Club Drive near the Eagles Landing exit off I-75, will offer a full array of residential mortgage services including FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, Renovation and Jumbo financing as well as a platform of services to assist home builders with construction financing.

Kim Arrington, a 10 year veteran in the mortgage lending industry who will serve as branch manager for the new location, has already launched initiatives to establish the firm's presence and cultivate additional resident and business relationships in the surrounding vicinity.

We are currently the only lender in Georgia that's partnering with these housing agencies to deliver this HUD homebuyer counseling program which provides a certificate for the consumer to use for up to one year to participate in down payment assistance programs in Georgia," said Kim.

Consistent with Southeast Mortgage's corporate commitment to give back to the communities they serve, the firm has organized a group of volunteers for the Southcrest Habitat for Humanity and the Newnan County Habitat for Humanity.

The opening of the new Stockbridge, Georgia location is in keeping with Southeast Mortgage's broader long-term strategy to expand its services to targeted markets based on consumer needs and demand.
