Ashton Woods Hosts Grand Opening of Four Models at Naples Reserve

The event is open to the public and will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2015 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Ashton Woods sales gallery in Naples Reserve is located at 14167 Nautica Court in Naples, Florida.

The grand opening at Naples Reserve marks the second Naples community launched by the national homebuilder in one month. Marsh Cove at Fiddler's Creek opened the first weekend in March. Guests of the event will have the opportunity to tour the new models and community with food, refreshments and giveaways provided by Ashton Woods.

The 688-acre Naples Reserve gated community is being developed by iStar Residential along the U.S. 41 East/Collier Boulevard corridor. Ashton Woods will build over 400 residences in the first phase on 40 to 78-foot home sites in Naples Reserve's Mallard Point, Egret Landing, Savannah Lakes, and Sparrow Cay neighborhoods.

The homebuilder is introducing 17 new floor plans at Naples Reserve ranging from approximately 1,671 to 3,516 square feet under air, priced from the mid-$300s to the low $600s. The one- and two-story coastal-inspired homes will showcase designs inspired by Charleston, Key West, Nantucket and the Panhandle. The Coastal model in Mallard Point is a two-story, 2,124-square-foot home with a Key West elevation. The 2,278-square-foot Patmos model in Savannah Lakes is a Nantucket style elevation with a flowing design that includes a large island kitchen, dining room, and family room as well as three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths. The remarkable wall system opens the home to an outdoor living area with a fireplace and conversation area, an outdoor dining area, and a pool.

The Minorca model in Sparrow Key is 2,819 square feet and features a Key West elevation. The floor plan includes an expansive kitchen, dining and great room space with a fireplace, three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a study, a media room, and an outdoor living area with a long-range lake view.
