Mr. Driscoll brings 33 years of professional experience to his position as an attorney with Garlin Driscoll LLC. As a seasoned professional in the field of civil litigation, he is primarily responsible for overseeing complex civil disputes in state and federal court, including environmental torts, business disputes, breach of contract, personal injury matters, insurance coverage and bad faith claims.
Mr. Driscoll received a JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1982. He was recently inducted into Worldwide Registry and also maintains affiliation with the Neutrals Panel of the American Arbitration Association.
