    SCOTTSDALE, AZ, March 25, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Helene S. Fenlon has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in trust and probate litigation.

Ms. Fenlon brings 25 years of experience to her private legal practice, where she primarily practices probate and trust litigation. In addition, she is proficient in trust administration, conservatorships and guardianships, as well as ancillary administration. Looking back, she became involved in her profession because she liked solving complicated problems and enjoyed dealing with different types of people, interacting with clients and contending with constantly challenging situations.

Ms. Fenlon received a JD from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, a Master of International Management from Thunderbird, and also earned a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service at Georgetown University. She was recently inducted into Worldwide Registry and also maintains affiliation with Thurgood Marshall Inns of Court, the State Bar of Arizona and the Scottsdale Bar Association. She is a member of the Central Arizona Estate Planning Council and a member of the Arizona Women Lawyers Association. In 2014, Ms. Fenlon received the Scottsdale Bar Association Award of Excellence.
