Dr. Ciro Martinez II, as a result of his formal education in business, accounting, and law, finds himself working in the legal services industry, specifically in commercial litigation, general civil litigation, and business law, along with trust and estate planning, wealth management, and foreclosure defense assisting those worse hit by the financial crisis. As well as being in the Law profession, he initially worked in the banking and finance industry, and is entrepreneurial. Additionally, Dr. Martinez has extensive experience in real estate. He developed a substantial portfolio comprised of Section 8 housing, luxury waterfront vacation rentals, commercial real estate, and commercial land in the state of Florida. In addition to his practice of Law he is also involved in the Nutraceutical industry.

He is currently serving on the board of standards for American Academy of Financial Management and for American Academy of Project Management. Dr. Martinez is a national board certified E-Commerce Consultant and Chartered Wealth Manager. He holds a BA in Finance and International Business from Florida International University, an MBA in Accounting and Ph.D. in Business Administration from Washington University, a JD from Northwestern University School of Law, and an LL.M. in International Taxation and Financial Services, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
