Details: Pennsylvania special education lawyer Stephen J. Jacobson of Connolly, Jacobson & John will be a speaker at Lehigh University's 43rd Special Education Law Conference. Jacobson will co-present a session entitled, "High Stakes Testing for Students with Disabilities." The program will address special accommodations and exemptions for high-stakes state testing for students with disabilities.
The discussion will focus on the application of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and other legal sources to the content and delivery methods of Pennsylvania's PSSA and Keystone assessments and New Jersey's new PARCC assessments.
