Question: How was it transitioning from life as an employee to building a company? Did your approach to work change along the way?

Coming from a construction and electrical background I understood the importance of setting high standards and applying a logical approach to working practices.

Combining this approach and the understanding that my mindset and attitude have a direct effect on success led to me making the transition from employee to business owner.

Question: To what do you attribute your success?

Hard work is the key factor of my success, since an early age I believed that whoever runs the furthest will always win the race. The ability to attack each day head on, and then stand back to take pride in what the whole company has achieved together is what spurs me to want to achieve more.

Question: What made you choose your current location?

There is a real rise in new business and real estate in Brisbane which is creating an exciting buzz across Queensland. The home of many world class universities, the regeneration of suburbs and successful G20 in 2014 has resulted in Brisbane truly establishing itself as a key Business District for Australasia.

Question: What is unique about your business?

We like to stand out from the crowd! The the Sales and Marketing industry is a very competitive market so at Be Interactive we favour competing against ourselves and our own ability. Each member of the team is proud to be working with Be Interactive and the strong values we stand for.

Question: What does 2015 hold for your company?

We are excited for the clients whom we are working for to date and have made a real impression on the marketing industry in Brisbane. This is only the beginning for Be Interactive, 2015 will see further expansion across Brisbane, Business to Business and Events Marketing with a move into Cosmetics and Solar PV.
