Record Growth
RTX achieved record-breaking transactional growth in 2014, with timeshare exchanges soaring 250 percent over the previous year. Year-over-year gains in last-minute getaways were also strong, up 224 percent over 2013. In 2014, the company facilitated 5,000 exchanges and getaways, with the average time to fulfill requests at just 4.4 days, significantly below the industry average.

To serve its rapidly expanding member base, RTX more than doubled its staff to 80 people in 2014. As part of this growth, the company opened a second customer service office, this one a 5,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art facility in Orlando, Fla.

The momentum continues in 2015. In January, RTX had its best month ever for transactional growth, with timeshare exchanges up a remarkable 132 percent over its previous best month for exchanges, October 2014. Also in January, last-minute getaways surged 124 percent versus the company's former record for getaways booked, set in February 2014.
