National Association of Distinguished Professionals Selects Hadi Dastbaz as an Executive Member of the Executive and Professional Online Registry

    KIRKLAND, WA, April 12, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Hadi Dastbaz, Former Acting Vice-President Central Insurance of Iran, has been selected as an Executive of the Year Member of National Association of Distinguished Professionals. The selection recognizes Hadi Dastbaz's commitment to excellence in Insurance.

Beginning his career with Central Insurance of Iran in 1971, Hadi Dastbaz held numerous responsibilities throughout his 28 years working with the organization. Varying depending on the specific jobs that he held, his most recent title was that of acting vice-president. After retirement, he joined some of his colleagues and established The Risk Management Company for evaluation of high risk, such as petrochemical, refinery, and other energy divisions. They prepared the latest version of policy pertaining for these kinds of risks and obtained the quotation from International Reinsurer minimum with class BBB for their clients, since one of their duties was to protect the rights of clients if a claim should occur.

"My technical knowhow in life, accident, as well as health with property insurance, and my experience on job training during my services was one of the most important factors to my success," Mr. Dastbaz said. "Apart from these factors, my command of the English language enables me to access many insurance and reinsurance literatures as well as other foreign sources that many middle management during that time were not able to benefit from."

Mr. Dastbaz also worked with International Chamber of Commerce of Iran as their deputy secretary general, secretary general, and vice-chairman for 19 years. He was also the founding member of two new insurance companies, namely Hafez, registered in the Kish-free zone area, and Karafarin Insurance Company, where he was a full-time member of the board for six years. A member of Risk and Insurance Management Society, Mr. Dastbaz holds a BA from Karachiu University and an MA in Political Science, English, and Literature from Ferdowsi University.

Notably, Mr. Dastbaz will be featured in NADP's upcoming Top 100 Industry Experts of America magazine.
