/24-7PressRelease/ - February 08, 2008 - Dr. Philip Sanders, a medical director from Texas, on an interview talks
about how he's been getting by his very busy schedule at the hospital with a
virtual assistant.
"I'm used to pressure but frankly," he started, "having a virtual assistant
has really worked wonders for me."
He explains that Linda, his virtual assistant, has been his secret weapon so
to speak on most of the paper works that he needed to do.
Linda, a virtual assistant specifically assigned to him by CatchFriday(dot)com
has taken over the worries from picking a gift for his wife for their
anniversary to the preparation of speeches for conventions he's been invited
to. She organizes his schedule making sure that nothing is missed or that
meetings don't coincide. In short, Linda has really become a part of his
life that he simply can't do without. She might be halfway around the world
but there seems to be no instance that she's not around for him.
"For the first time in my life I could say I'm looking forward to Friday
coming along," says Dr. Sanders. "I used to think 'Oh no! Tomorrow's Friday
and I still have a lot of things lined up.' Now, I'm able to look forward to
weekends without worrying about everything myself."
Peter O'Brien of Sydney, Australia, shares the same sentiment as Dr.
Sanders though they're practically sitting halfway across the world from
each other. O'Brien is a CEO in a semiconductor company and is being helped
by a virtual assistant aside from his secretary on site.
"You'd really see the difference once you get to have both," he says. "If I'd
tell my secretary at 4:55 pm that I needed the report sent to me that
evening, she'll definitely widen her eyes in front of me. But Angel, my
virtual assistant, would tell me 'Okay. Anything else?' The best part of it
is I get to pay a lower rate than the one I got in the office."
O'Brien further narrates that his office secretary is "only" a secretary
while his virtual assistant could transform to anything he virtually needed.
Tasks could range from "too professional" to "too personal" and still she
gets through.
"Friday really changed it's looks when I got Angel to help me out." says O'Brien.
