Judith Crouch Recognized as Professional of the Year by Capital Who's Who

    ALBANY, NY, April 17, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ms. Judith Crouch balances several responsibilities as Human Resource Manager with the Office of the Arkansas Secretary of State.

Judith Crouch earned her Bachelor's degree in Education and Library Science from Ouachita Baptist University. After graduating college, Ms. Crouch spent nine years teaching and overseeing libraries in several small school districts then moved to the support ministry of her local church, serving in many capacities until she received an invitation to serve in the Arkansas Governor's office. Spending ten and a half years in state government roles followed by short terms serving as the office manager for a national campaign and for a political action committee, Ms. Crouch was invited to serve in state government once again.

Ms. Judith Crouch accepted the offer to serve as Human Resource Manager for the Office of the Arkansas Secretary of State. The Human Resource department is responsible for the staffing, recruitment, training, benefits, payroll, compensation and personnel management for the Secretary of State's Office. As manager, Ms. Crouch is responsible for many vital areas; she specializes in policy analysis, employee and legislative relations, program development, community outreach and community development, to highlight a few.

Ms. Judith Crouch is a member of the Association of Professional Women, Little Rock Professional Women, The First Baptist Church, Samaritan's Purse global ministry, and sits on the Board of Directors with the Universal Empowerment Association. Additionally, in 2014, the honor of VIP Woman of the Year was bestowed upon Judith Crouch by the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW).

Continually active in both professional and personal pursuits, Ms. Crouch enjoys reading, traveling, and relaxing by doing word puzzles. Ms. Judith Crouch is grateful daily, for her sense of responsibility, her ability to see the value of hard work and the importance of integrity values, which she was loving taught by her parents and mentors: Raymond and Martha Crouch.
