Stephen A. Coke Honored for Excellence in Real Estate and Tax Law

    DALLAS, TX, April 20, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Stephen A. Coke, Shareholder and Attorney of Wesner Coke & Clymer, P.C., has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in real estate and tax law.

Mr. Coke has 44 years of professional experience, with 36 as a shareholder and attorney of Wesner Coke & Clymer, P.C. Throughout his career, he has distinguished himself through his extensive knowledge in the areas of trial practice, real estate and tax law, estate planning, probate and trusts. Each day, he provides legal services and consultations relating to these fields, and he puts the benefit of his years of experience toward his clients' cases.

Mr. Coke is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Supreme Court of Texas and all state courts of the State of Texas. He is also licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the U.S. Tax Court and the United States Court of Appeals, fifth and 11th circuits.

Looking back, Mr. Coke attributes his success to his hard work, passion for the practice of law, his analytical skills, responsiveness to client needs, and his excellent record of positive results for his clients and peers. He became involved in his profession because of his family background. His father, grandfather and great grandfather were all lawyers.

Mr. Coke received a JD from the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University in 1971 and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in 1967. He was recently inducted into Worldwide Registry and also maintains affiliation with Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International, the ABA, the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association. In recognition of his professional excellence, he has been recognized as a PRR AV Preeminent Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. He has also received a Headliner Award from the Dallas Press Club Foundation, a Top Lawyers in Texas Award by The Legal Network, a Founders Award by the Women's Council of the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden in 2011, an Award for Excellence in Board Leadership from The Center for Non-Profit Management in 2011 and an Award For Excellence for Arts Leadership by the Dallas Historical Society in 2012.
