Peter S. Falvo Jr. Recognized as BV Distinguished Attorney

    OCEAN, NJ, April 22, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Peter S. Falvo Jr., President, Chief Executive Officer, Owner and Partner with Ansell Grimm & Aaron, PC has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in law.

Drawing on nearly five decades of experience, Mr. Falvo is an expert in land use and development matters. He has handled countless cases before zoning and planning boards at both the local and county levels, and has represented clients before the New Jersey Department of Transportation, New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and Coastal Area Review Board. A BV Distinguished Attorney, his areas of practice extend to real estate, environmental law and wills, trusts and estates, although the majority of his practice is focused on land use and zoning.

Mr. Falvo currently serves as a partner with Ansell Grimm & Aaron, PC, a law firm that has been providing legal services to the central New Jersey region for more than 80 years. The firm's four locations offer services in a wide range of legal fields, including bankruptcy, criminal law, personal injury, matrimonial and family law, commercial and residential real estate, transitional work, community associates practice, estate planning, wills, trusts and estates. Mr. Falvo became interested in law because his father worked as a gardener at a prominent attorney's estate when he was young. The attorney became a friend of the family, as well as Mr. Falvo's future mentor. To qualify him for his career, Mr. Falvo received a JD from the Suffolk University School of Law in 1967. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and United States District Court, District of New Jersey. The law division of the New Jersey Superior Law Court qualified Mr. Falvo as an expert witness on land use and contract interpretation.

Recently inducted into Worldwide Registry, Mr. Falvo also maintains affiliation with the New Jersey State Bar Association, American Arbitration Association and ABA, and serves as a member of the board of trustees with Meridian Health System, Inc. In the coming years, Mr. Falvo intends to increase the amount of time he dedicates to real estate, wills, estates and trust work.
