Delphi Boston's 35th Annual Hike/Bike-a-thon to be on the First Saturday in May

    MILTON, MA, April 28, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Delphi Academy of Boston Hike/Bike-a-thon will be an all-day event for the whole family. In addition to the bike ride, there will be a co-operative cookout and field games for everyone.

For 35 years, the Hike/Bike-a-thon has been the only major fundraiser for the year for Delphi Boston. All proceeds directly benefit the school's students through expansion projects. With money raised at the 2014 event the school was able to purchase four Smart Boards for the classrooms. Funds from previous years have gone towards new playground equipment, a new basketball court and updating the science lab.
