Smart Vent Discusses Mitigation Options In Keyport

    PITMAN, NJ, April 29, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The township of Keyport, NJ, held a special meeting about flood risk, mitigation options and insurance premiums April 16, 2015. Smart Vent Products, Inc.'s Flood Risk Evaluator (F.R.E.) division participated in the program.

The company spoke on several topics including changes to flood maps and the effect on flood insurance premiums. Smart Vent also offered complimentary evaluation of FEMA Elevation Certificates for homeowners.

In addition, the elevation certificates were processed by F.R.E. software to provide homeowners with reports on mitigation options to reduce flood insurance premiums.
