Victor Peter Obninsky Recognized for an Outstanding Legal Career

    SANTA ROSA, CA, May 01, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Victor Peter Obninsky, a sole practitioner, has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in legal services.

With nearly five decades of legal experience, Mr. Obninsky has focused his practice on business law, contracts, civil litigation, estate planning, probate, and wills and trusts. Particularly adept at building business relationships with individual or corporate clients, he has spent his entire career of 46 years with his own firm. His first 33 years were in Marin County and he moved to Sonoma County in 2003.

In addition to his practice, Mr. Obninsky has served as Judge Pro Tempore at the Sonoma and Marin County Superior Courts since 1994. Further, he has acted as a Discovery Facilitator for Sonoma and Marin Superior Courts.

Mr. Obninsky earned a JD from UC Hastings College of the Law in 1969 after receiving his BA at Columbia in 1966. Recently inducted into Worldwide Registry, he also maintains affiliation with The International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi, the American Bar Association and the State Bar of California, and he is a Past President of the Marin County Bar Association. Charitably, he supports the Legal Aid of Marin and The Association of Former Russian Naval Officers in San Francisco, Inc. Mr. Obninsky earned an AV Preeminent Attorney rating through Martindale-Hubbell since 1997 and holds an AVVO 10.0 Rating. He also received a Perfect Rating from Super Lawyers. He has been listed in Who's Who in America for the past 15 years.
