As a business litigator, Mr. Allen's areas of focus include labor and employment, non-compete, trade secret and unfair competition and real estate litigation. Previously, Mr. Allen was an associate at another law firm in Atlanta, concentrating on litigation and dispute resolution in commercial and complex family law disputes. He also served as an intern to the Honorable Justice P. Harris Hines of the Supreme Court of Georgia.

A graduate of Emory University School of Law (Dean's List), Mr. Allen represented Emory at the Jessup International Law and New York City Bar Association's National Moot Court competitions. Mr. Allen received his Bachelor of Arts from Trinity University.
