Kristin M. Schoultz Honored for Excellence in Chemistry and Radiochemistry

Schoultz, Department Director of Biopharmaceutical Production of the Norwegian Institute of Public Health, was recently named a VIP member of Worldwide Branding. Dr. Schoultz has 16 years of professional experience, having recently become the department director of the Norwegian Institute of Public Health. Throughout her career, she has set herself apart as an expert in manufacturing, as well as sterile production, quality assurance, quality control, chemistry, radiochemistry, regulatory affairs, technology transfer and LEAN processes. On a daily basis, she is responsible for working with project leaders, overseeing daily operations for the institute, planning its strategy, and assessing risk. She also manages regulatory affairs, documents, quality assurance and control.

Looking back, Dr. Schoultz attributes her success to her great mentors and peers, and always improving and learning. She became involved in her profession because she has extensive knowledge of quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry. She wanted to grow in her field and challenge her skills.

Dr. Schoultz received a Ph.D. in Radiochemistry from the University of Oslo in 1999 and a master's degree in radiochemistry from the University of Oslo in 1995. In addition to her degrees, she is a Qualified Person and a Certified Coach. She has received a Global Prize for Excellent Inclusiveness and Communication Skills and the Hero Prize for Teamwork, Communication and Leadership of a Project. She has also been named as a Top Female Professional by Worldwide Branding. In five years, Dr. Schoultz aims for continued growth.
