Along with high-level leadership, Maly brings over 30 years of manufacturing and operations experience to Bayloff. His achievements include the implementation of the Toyota Production System (TPS), quality improvement initiatives, and material cost improvements through the use of alternate materials.
Most recently, he worked as Chief Operating Officer of American Plastics Group, Keter. Maly also served almost two decades as President of Toyoda Gosei Fluid Systems Corp US (TGFSUS), a $100 million manufacturer of plastic fuel systems for the automotive industry. His leadership in quality, cost improvement, and team member engagement was the key to success at TGFSUS. As company President, Maly doubled sales while maintaining recognition as an industry leader in quality, delivery, and program management.
Bayloff CEO Chris Bayer believes Maly's proven track record will allow the company to compete on the international stage, "I am confident that Scott's extensive leadership experience and operations background wil l be vital as we continue to move the company forward."
