A respected attorney in the fields of commercial liability, construction law, personal injury and products liability, Mr. Grant brings to his position almost 30 years of professional experience. Presently, he co-manages a busy litigation defense practice that includes over 20 attorneys practicing in California and Nevada and he splits his time between the firm's San Diego and San Francisco offices. Mr. Grant focuses on issues pertaining to business disputes, breach of contract, property damage, serious trucking and automobile accidents, products and professional liability, and other tort defense areas.
Mr. Grant is an alumnus of Santa Clara University where he earned a JD in 1985. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from San Jose State University, which he earned in 1979. Additionally, in 1981 he studied comparative law at Magdalen College, Oxford University. Mr. Grant was recently inducted into Worldwide Registry and is also aligned with the California Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the San Diego Bar Association, the CLM Alliance, and San Diego Defense Lawyers.
