Glenn David McRobb Honored for Excellence in Business Development

    BIBRA LAKE, WESTERN AUSTRALIA, May 12, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Glenn David McRobb, Business Development Manager of CADDS Group Pty Ltd has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in business development.

Mr. McRobb has 34 years of professional experience, having recently become the Business Development Manager for CADDS Group Pty Ltd. Throughout his career, he has set himself apart through his communication skills, through which he can quickly and effectively understand clients' needs. Each day, he is responsible for meeting with business development managers of other businesses to look at partnerships and alliances, as well as visiting with new and existing clients. He regularly sells the company's services to mining companies, and he also discusses with clients about the company's performance in terms of improvement strategy. CADDS Group Pty Ltd is an engineering consultancy firm that provides civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering and drafting, architectural services, sustainable energy, building compliance and town planning services.

Mr. McRobb is most proud of the work that he did for Dampier Salt and Riotinto Iron Ore, where he created a project management and process systems to deliver the capital plan. This was accomplished and implemented within a year's timeframe, and delivered all planned projects the following year on time and budget. To recognize him for his work, Dampier Salt honored him with the Leader of the Pack Award.

Looking back, Mr. McRobb attributes his success to his ability to lead teams and get the best out of their performance. He became involved in his profession because he was always interested in the mechanical aspect of things. Mr. McRobb's grades were good enough to pursue mechanical engineering, and it was a natural progression from that point forward.

Mr. McRobb received a Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical, from The University of Western Australia in 1981. He maintains affiliation with APESMA and the Western Australia Chapter of the Project Management Institute. In the coming years, Mr. McRobb plans on experiencing continued growth and expansion in everything that he has accomplished thus far at Cadds Group.
