Katie's Pizza & Pasta Osteria to Roll Out New Spring and Summer Menu

Katie Lee Collier, owner of Katie's Pizza & Pasta, is known for her use of fresh, seasonal ingredients, which help make her dishes exquisite and always delightful. This spring and summer, her menu will include new items including the ricotta stuffed fried squash blossoms and the watermelon salad.

The new cocktail menu will also include a variety of different drinks including the Cucumber Mojito and the Sparkling Lavender Lemonade, which capture the essence of the spring and summer seasons.

"I love being able to come up with new menu ideas to thrill and delight my customers," said Collier. "My aim is to never let my menu get old and predictable and to use the fresh ingredients we have here to recreate the finest Italian dishes possible."
