First Performance Adds Laura Davis, Sosh Howell to Lead Growth of Fast-Growing Fintech Company

As part of its talent expansion, First Performance has hired two new technology executives, naming Laura Davis as Director of Technology Operations and Sosh Howell as Director of Technology.

In their new roles, Davis will work in concert with the development team to oversee all projects while utilizing her background to enhance the overall experience for the end-users. Howell will lead the development team that builds, implements and manages the First Performance platform. Each having over 10 years of deep and extensive experience with startups gives both tech entrepreneurs new and innovative ideas on how to handle the day-to-day challenges of a fast-paced environment.

Prior to joining First Performance, Davis and Howell co-founded Atlanta-based AppedOn, an agency focused on the development of custom mobile applications. Both Davis and Howell oversaw the planning, creation and execution of more than fifty B2B and B2C applications and websites including the GogoNogo app for First Performance and its supporting platform. While at AppedOn, Davis served as Chief Operating Officer, gaining expertise in user interface (UI), user experience (UX), project management, marketing strategy and client relations. As Chief Executive Officer, Howell managed a team of software engineers to develop cutting edge, innovative technology to offer the firm's industry-diverse client base.
