Delphi Academy of Santa Monica Students Honor Moms at Annual Mother's Day Tea

    SANTA MONICA, CA, May 19, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Both younger and older students participated at the local private school's annual event to show their appreciation for their mothers. Beyond the preparation, students also provided entertainment. Older students recited original poems for their mothers and grandmothers while the younger students performed multiple songs for the attendees.

The tea was decorated with lilac tablecloths and vases of tulips. All of the guests were treated to scones, tea sandwiches and petit fours.

Gifts were given to each of the mothers at the event. Delphi students made individual presents to pass out to their mothers prior to the tea. The students then hand-delivered the presents at the event.
