    SARASOTA, FL, May 23, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Participating with private equity owner Linsalata Capital Partners, Dave Gordon will oversee all functions of the business, developing and implementing strategic plans for growth and operational improvement, leading and developing the senior management team and driving sales growth and profitability.

With a background of financial and strategic leadership at Armstrong World Industries, Dave was asked to lead Marketing initiative in the Cabinetry Division and was then promoted to the President & CEO role at Armstrong Cabinets where he led the company to sales and profitability growth. After then working with a private equity firm, Prospect Partners, leading a venture in the replacement window industry, he has most recently built and run a cabinetry and countertop distribution and installation business in the Cleveland area. Dave earned a Bachelor Degree in Political Science at the University of Michigan and an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
