Diet vs Lifestyle
Tarryn Poulton was diagnosed with PCOS in 2010 while trying to conceive her first child. She is an Occupational Therapist by profession and her training at medical school gave her a good grounding in researching and understanding medical journals. Over the last few years she has shared her knowledge by helping thousands of women to understand the basics of PCOS and how food plays such an important role. She is passionate about helping women understand what is happening in their bodies and giving them the tools that they need to manage their PCOS. Tarryn has two beautiful children and when not working on PCOS Diet Support, she spends her time puttering in the kitchen, enjoying a quiet cup of tea with her hubby, or rough and tumbling with her children.
Participants are connected to a caring, supportive environment where they connect with their peers, share experiences, exchange ideas and troubleshoot their health and wellness related problems and concerns. Katie Humphrey, author of "Freedom from PCOS" and the "Revolution of YOU" and a world leading lifestyles performance coach said "These calls are a great way for other women experiencing PCOS to discover techniques to take charge of their lives."
Participants will leave the meeting with a Quickstart Handout and some simple ways to stay motivated, stay inspired and on their path to more health and well being in their lives.

Insulite Health was established in 2001 in Boulder, Colorado USA, to research, develop and test a scientifically-based, multi-layered approach to addressing the problems associated with Insulin Resistance (IR), a potentially dangerous imbalance of blood glucose and insulin. Reversing the condition requires a complete, specialized system which incorporates potent Nutraceauticals (a natural herb, vitamin, mineral or other nutrient used medicinally); a tailored nutrition plan; an exercise plan designed to increase insulin sensitivity; a component that addresses carbohydrate cravings; and an extensive support network.
Recognizing that there are millions of people who need this kind of systematic approach to reversing Insulin Resistance (IR), Insulite Health has, over the past ten years, developed individual systems for PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome), Excess Weight Gain/Obesity, Metabolic Syndrome (Syndrome X), Prediabetes and Type 2 Diabetes.
