Micromill SK is Building a European Dealer Network

    VIENNA, AUSTRIA, June 12, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Micromill SK, a veteran in PE Powder manufacturing for plastic coating, is building a European network of dealers and paint shops for their Thermofix and Polisint polyethylene powders.

Micromill SK has provided their Thermofix thermoplastic powder used in a Fluid Bed Powder Coating process for decades to great customer satisfaction. Among their customers are garden furniture, pipeline, telecommunication infrastructure, chain link fence and contstruction, and highway railing manufacturers. Furthermore, Micromill SK provides Polisint low density polyethylene powder for electrostatic and electrokinetic spray coating for wire basket coating, household appliances and ironing boards, and other plastic coated tools manufacturers.

Customers appreciate Micromill's ability to manufacture smaller colour batches, a service not offered by any other competitor. Micromill is capable of tailoring batches to each customer's needs and requests, whether it is regarding the LDPE powder's colour, UV stability, fluidity, hardness or other properties.

The strategy behind setting up the international network is to properly support the end customer with local language and technical support. The powder is manufactured in Slovakia, Central Europe, making it an ideal strategic position to distribute the product to customers in the whole European Union. The immediate priority of the management is to build a network of representatives in Austria and Germany, while the long term plan is to expand to the rest of Europe.

Micromill SK was originally part of Celloplastica, an Italian company engaged in the development and production of polyethylene (PE) blends for more than 40 years. Celloplastica moved in 2007 to Slovakia and later renamed to Micromill SK.

Continuing with the long tradition in the development and production of PE blends, we are continuously developing new products to customer requirements and are working to improve the quality and efficiency of the original products, while the manufacturing process is modernized to lower any impact on our environment.

Our strength is the ability to produce small batches of specialty and color powders, at hard-to-compete prices. We proved right the decision of the original Italian leadership to move the company into center of Europe, to new Slovakia, where the tradition of honest and responsible work force meets the new market potential of modern European Union.
