Industrial Climate Engineering and Shield Air Solutions Announce Distribution Agreement

    HOUSTON, TX, June 18, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Industrial Climate Engineering, a division of Airxcel, Inc. and Shield Air Solutions, Inc. announce today that they have entered into an agreement today in which Shield Air Solutions will distribute and market 7 1/2 to 20 ton air conditioners manufactured by the Industrial Climate Engineering (ICE) division of Airxcel. The focus of the distribution agreement will be industrial markets, e.g., the power generation and oil and gas industries throughout the world.

In a joint statement, Mr. Paul Mechler, President of the ICE division and Mr. Barry Loder, Chief Executive Officer of Shield Air Solutions stated, "We are extremely pleased to announce this collaboration. It offers both companies' clients extensive options for HVAC solutions. By leveraging the strengths of each company, we will be able to provide to our customers a complete range of solutions for their HVAC requirements.
